This plate hammock hook has been designed to be conveniently installed on a
ceiling, veranda, pergola or gazebo. By using 4 - 1 ½” wood screws, securely
fasten the hook into a support beam that will be able to handle a load of at
least 250lbs. Please consult an engineer if you are unclear about the load bearing
