Ever wonder why professionally-baked breads look so beautiful? It's because they're baked in professional-quality bakeware! Now, you can duplicate those results at home with Calphalon loaf pans. Colors affect baking performance because they conduct heat differently. That's why Calphalon loaf pans feature a medium grey color which gives baked goods a golden brown color while protecting them against overbrowning. Sturdy, wire-reinforced rolled rims enable these pans to maintain their level bottoms and perfectly rectangular shapes. Folded corners produce crisp, professional edges. Finished loaves slide out effortlessly, thanks to Calphalon easy-release nonstick surface. Calphalon exclusive nonstick coating will also ensure that your pan will wash up like a dream. The pans are also dishwasher safe--making clean up even easier!

Classic Nonstick Bakeware Calphalon Classic Nonstick Bakeware brings to baking what Calphalon cookware brings to cooking --classic quality construction and advanced features for reliably spectacular results. Like our cookware, Classic Nonstick Bakeware is made using construction standards of culinary professionals. It features a durable, reinforced nonstick coating which provides effortless release of even the stickiest baked goods. Calphalon Classic Nonstick Bakeware is an ideal choice for a lifetime of demanding use.
Getting Professional Results with Classic Nonstick Bakeware: Always start with a thoroughly clean pan. Wash the pan with hot, sudsy water and a dishcloth or Dobie pad. Because Calphalon bakeware conducts heat more efficiently than some other brands, we recommend that you experiment with oven temperatures and baking times. The first few times you bake, watch foods closely as they approach being "done." If they brown faster than before, reduce the temperature in increments of 25° or reduce baking time in 5 minute increments until you get a feel for the pan and the results you want. If recipes call for it, feel free to use cooking sprays with Calphalon Classic Nonstick Bakeware. In fact, we recommend that you follow recipe directions to the letter for greasing and flouring pans. Use only nylon, wood or coated utensils with your nonstick bakeware. This will help prevent scratches and maintain the appearance and performance of your bakeware. Using metal utensils on any nonstick surface will damage the surface over time. Always remove food from the pan before slicing or cutting. The nonstick surface of Classic Nonstick Bakeware makes it easy to remove foods cleanly and whole.
Cleaning our Nonstick Bakeware: Calphalon Classic bakeware is dishwasher safe, but handwashing is recommended to preserve the performance of your pans. Wash Bakeware after every use. Before you wash the bakeware, allow it to cool. Placing a hot pan in cool water can warp the pan and create sudden steaming and hot water spattering, which can cause burns. Use a sponge or dishcloth with hot, sudsy water to remove food from the pan's baking surface and exterior surfaces. For burned-on or stubborn spots caused by high baking temperatures, use Soft Scrub and a soft nylon-covered cleaning pad. (Keeping the exterior free of built-up grease and food stains help maintain the pan's appearance and performance.) DO NOT IMMERSE OR SOAK INSULATED BAKEWARE. Insulated bakeware is designed to "breathe" and is not watertight. Soaking can result in water collecting in the airspace between the pan layers. (The nonstick finish releases foods easily, so you should never really need to soak any Classic Nonstick Bakeware.) To dry out an insulated pan in which water has collected, place the pan upside down in a 250°F oven for 30 minutes. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on Classic Nonstick Bakeware. These will damage the pan's nonstick surface and exterior coating, and void the Lifetime Warranty. Do not stack or nest bakeware items without a protective layer. This can result in scratches in your nonstick surfaces. When storing bakeware (whether stacking, nesting, or storing "bookshelf" style), place a linen towel or paper towel inside or between each item to prevent one from scratching the next.
Lifetime Warranty: Every Calphalon Classic Nonstick Bakeware item is covered by our Lifetime Warranty. Calphalon will repair or replace any item found defective in material or workmanship when put to normal household use and cared for according to instructions. Minor imperfections and slight color variations are normal. This excludes damage from misuses or abuse, such as improper cleaning, overheating, use of caustic cleaners, knives or sharp utensils, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, theft or use in commercial establishments.
